Get Involved

It can really help children progress when they know their parents’ involvement goes way beyond the school gate. The PTA – Parents and Teachers Association – and the School Council make it easy for all parents to join in and help the school.

Parent and Teachers Association (PTA)

The PTA is a volunteer group of parents, grandparents and teachers who organise a variety of fun and exciting events throughout the year to raise funds for the ‘extras’ which cannot be funded by the school budget to enhance the children’s learning experience.

The PTA committee, comprises of;

Rosie O'Rourke and Becky Harvey - Joint Chair

Vicki Lyle - Secretary

Jade Corp - Treasurer

The PTA is a crucial part of our school life, especially in the current climate when educational funding is limited. The PTA contributes regularly to Class trips, Subject resources, arts workshops, clothing, reading books, outdoor play (OPAL) resources, cookery and ICT equipment.

During the academic year 2022 - 2023 we raised £10,022.28 for our school

We look forward to continuing to support the school and pupils in raising funds to enhance their education and learning experience.

We would ask for your support in attending the events we run and also with any help that you may be able to offer, together with any new ideas or feedback!
